WARRANTY EXCHANGE

For headsets and accessories: all opened items carry a 1 year manufacturers warranty from the date of purchase against defects. We will either repair or replace your item at our discretion. Please ship all warranty exchanges with original packaging to:

Original receipt/packing slip must accompany all warranty returns.


Our 2-way UHF/VHF Black Box radio units carry a 1 year manufacturer warranty from Black Box. Warranty information is included with each unit.


RETURNS


Items may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. After 14 days the item purchased may no longer be returned. On items returned for a refund there will be a 20% restocking fee and we do not refund any shipping charges. The buyer is also responsible for sending the item back.

DOA Items: If an item is DOA please contact us immediately and we will exchange it. In the event that you receive a defective item we will cover the shipping charges. If you do not wish to exchange the defective item it will be treated as a return and you will be responsible for shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
